1. Refund Policy

Our SEO campaigns are performance-based and tailored to each client’s business goals. Refunds are managed under the following terms:

• A full refund will be issued only if Signal SEO fails to initiate your campaign or deliver any work within 30 days of confirmed payment.

• Once any campaign activity has begun—such as keyword research, Google Business Profile optimization, website or content audits, backlink acquisition, or reporting—no refunds will be provided.

• For clients on recurring subscription plans, cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time on an active plan.

2. Service Delivery Policy

Signal SEO provides all services digitally, following this fulfillment process:

• Onboarding begins within 2–3 business days of purchase.

• You’ll receive a welcome email containing portal access and an onboarding form to provide details about your business, target market, and keywords.

• Monthly deliverables—including keyword tracking, Google Business Profile optimization, website audits, on-page SEO improvements, and backlink strategy—are completed on a rolling basis according to your selected service plan.

• Clients receive regular progress updates through email reports, dashboard access, or scheduled review calls.

• No shipping or handling fees apply.

3. Return Policy

Because our services are digital, Signal SEO does not accept returns. However, our team is committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will address any service issues promptly:

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving any report or deliverable if you identify errors or have concerns.

• We will review the issue and, when appropriate, make revisions or improvements to ensure quality and accuracy.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting our support team at contact@signalseo.ai.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges.

• Services will continue through the end of the current billing cycle.
